Musika Música, London and New York: 28th February – 3rd March
The classical music festival, Musika Música brings on stage international musicians and ensembles, the music being cantered around this year's chosen theme: London and New York. Focused on CITIES and their dynamics during 21st century, this edition is meant to showcase music created by composers who lived in either London or New York.

Ópera: Semiramide: 16th – 25th February
Gioachino Rossini's most famous composition, Semiramide, will be brought on stage by the San Carlo theatre of Napoli. Euskalduna Palace will be the venue and the opera will roll for three days during February.

St. Agatha: 5th February
It is a Basque tradition on the eve of St Agatha for groups to walk from door to door singing - while keeping the rhythm with a traditional makila - and ask for money in exchange. Traditional clothing is worn and the money raised now goes to social causes most often. Keep an eye on the streets of the Old Quarter of Bilbao!

IX Japan Weekend Bilbao: 23rd February

lV Marine energy Week: 2nd – 14th February
The renewable energy congress will take place at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre, being one of the events organised during the World Maritime Week, along Futureport, Sinaval and Eurofishing congresses.

World Championship X-Trial: 16th February
A good show for both families and fans of the extreme sport, X-Trial world championship will be held at the Bizkaia Arena on the 16th of February. Challenging trails and tricky obstacles will make the event exciting for both participants and spectators.
